At WHISH, we believe every child deserves the opportunity to access support, regardless of whether they have a formal diagnosis. Your child does not need a diagnosis to become a member. We understand that many families face long waiting times while their child is assessed and many of our members are still going through the process of receiving a diagnosis for a hidden impairment.
WHISH is here to support the whole family. Our services are designed not only for children and young people with hidden impairments but also for their parents, carers and siblings. We recognise that hidden impairments affect the entire family, which is why siblings are welcome to attend our activities and enjoy the same fun and inclusive experiences.
We also understand the importance of supporting parents and carers. Alongside our family activities, we offer dedicated sessions where parents and carers can meet others with shared experiences, access support, build friendships and take time for themselves in a welcoming and understanding environment.

Membership fees can be paid by cash or card at the Hub, by BACS bank transfer, or via PayPal, making it easy to choose the payment method that works best for you.
